Work-Based Learning in Thompson School District
Students at the Thompson Career Campus all have the opportunity to participate in a variety of work-based learning (WBL) experiences throughout their program including industry tours, job shadows, and more! During the final semester of their program, TCC students will participate in an internship with an area business or organization. Please contact Susan Scott, Business Community Coordinator at 970.613.5081 or susan.scott@tsd.org to find out more about hosting a TCC student for a work-based learning experience.
Pathfinder Work-Based Learning Program
Throughout the Thompson School District, work-based learning is alive and well through the district-wide Pathfinder Work-Based Learning Program. Students are exploring careers through a variety of opportunities including apprenticeships, internships, career speakers, and tours.
